Yugam & Sushmana
Meet real-life couple Yugam and Sushmana from Gurugram who had their wedding at The Tattwaa Corbett Spa & Resort on 8th December 2022. The celebrations started a day ahead with friends and family pouring in from different cities. The ladies got busy with Mehndi and the children were seen having loads of fun in the open play area. The two-day celebration started with an elaborate ring ceremony.
Fun Time At The Haldi Ceremony
The wedding was a complete fun affair with many cousins and family members enjoying each moment. The Haldi ceremony was held by the poolside with complete theme décor. The yellow theme went gorgeously well with the blue settings by the pool. The huge open space and the bright sunny afternoon were perfect settings for everyone to have fun.
Feasting all the way
The two-day affair at The Tattwaa Corbett Spa & Resort is a lot about eating and drinking. Atithi, the in-house multi-cuisine restaurant resort serves the most amazing spread of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Evening is another time of the day that guests look forward to. The tea stall or Thela is set up at the lawns with an amazing spread of snacks. Guests enjoy this time sitting in the open lawns while the children eat and play with equal enthusiasm. The wedding feast served on both days were much appreciated by all the guest. A wide fare of starters, right from grilled fruit chats, crispy corn, paneer chilla, pasta, momos, noodles, local Kumaoni daal to a fantastic spread of main course which includes 4-5 paneer specialities, mushroom, pulao and lots more. The dessert was a gourmet spread of doughnuts, tarts, cup cakes, rabri jalebi, rasmalai, ice-cream and moong daal halwa. The mocktail counter was a hit with mojitos and interesting mocktails, and same goes for the late-night liquor bar.
Happily Married Ever After
The 7.5 acre area of The Tattwaa Corbett Spa & Resort was all decked up with amazing decoration. Every corner was light up; right from the entry point, the open lawns, the kids area and the poolside. There was a DJ dance floor; which was a hit area for children and the young brigade. There were theme setting area at different locations and being a winter wedding, there were enough bonfires around to keep everyone happy. The guests were welcomed with professional musical bands. Guests from both sides danced to the tunes of the dhol. The bride and the groom dressed at their wedding bests looked like couples from a wedding made in heaven.
